Dubai Knowledge Village (DKV) Free Zone Business Setup Process

In order to set up a business at Dubai Knowledge Village Free Zone, follow these below-mentioned steps:

Obtaining Initial Approval

Register your trade name and take approval from the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority. A duly-filled application form along with the relevant documents need to be submitted for company registration.

Fee Payment

Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority will review the documents and the application form. After this, sign and return the customer confirmation letter and make the payment.

Signing of MOA and AOA

Signing of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (MOA).

Share Capital

Deposit the required amount of share capital.

Company Registration

After reviewing everything, you will be provided the Certificate of Incorporation.

Opening a Corporate Bank Account

Once all the above steps are completed, you can open a bank account in the company’s name, deposit a share capital, and take proof of capital letter to the Dubai Knowledge Village.

Collect the License

Finally, visit the TECOM Leasing Department to sign the lease and personnel sponsorship agreement and obtain the license.
